If we are going to order jerseys for pickup/tourneys, then we SHOULD buy two jerseys each. Home and away. That's how we did it with the old LGK jerseys to avoid any problems. Maybe that should be factored in with the price we are willing to pay.

it was mentioned at some point. the counterargument was if you go with a custom sublimated then it will be unique enough that odds are you wont have a conflict no matter what the other team is wearing. but then, to your point, if you can get two decent jerseys that are clearly home and away for the same price or less than the one supernice sublimated then why they hell not?? it's not like you guys are a sponsored tournament team. ya gotta do what the masses want to do!
I was also talking about when we play the LGK pickup games. Not everyone that plays would need them, but then those of us that had them would all need to be on the same team. If you wanted to mix the teams, then some people that wanted to wear their LGK sweaters...couldn't. Kinda sucks...like you paid for nothing.
makes sense. but then, as i understand it, part of the reason to get the jerseys isnt just for the pickup games, it's committing to doing tournaments and playing in a house league somewhere together. i would imagine the people that could more frequently commit to playing in the various tournaments and would commit to playing on the Team LGK house league would get the most use out of whatever jerseys were purchased. also, its a level of commitment from the captains/organizers that they would be willing to keep eyes and ears open for tournaments so this team could actually go compete and organizing the house league team. if that's not going to happen, then going with the old style team LGK crests with black and white/home and aways would be the most cost effective and make the most sense if it's 90% of the use is gonna be for pickups.

If we go that route, please please, lets at least get real jerseys. Plenty of other deals to be found out there if these don't work out. This is just one example of many.
