The rink has the blueprints for the new facility on display at the entrance of the current rink. It will have two rinks end to end. looks pretty nice. It does not say when the rink will actually be built though.
Pasadena's new rink will be the home ice of the Pasadena Maple Leafs. The old rink or rink now is old and used to be some sort of ballroom. It is going to be switched back into a ballroom when the new one is complete but I guess the air condition will be awesome. The ice sucks, the lighting sucks etc but the new one will hopefully get other local rinks to upgrade. I heard Bay Harbor is ready to renovate teh old rink too.
Pasadena to have two NHL size rinks and seating for 500 spectators. The scheduled opening is June 2009

Looks like plans are underway for a new rink in Pasadena. Only one sheet this time though, located on the grounds of the convention center.

Yeah, it's gonna be under the tent-like structure that is on the east side of the Convention Center. Can't wait till our league moves there.
