Now for Crazy ideas. Who is willing to dust off the old roller hockey skates and play in some spot (rink, parking lot, tennis court etc) on Thanksgiving day ? I don't do crap (until dinner anyways) and this sounds like fun.

My friends and I have a tradition of playing Thanksgiving morning for the last 15 years. We call it our Turkey cup. There's an outdoor rink in Cypress we play at on Thursday morning. Come out and join us if you're interested in playing.

People starting showing up around 9am and we usually play till 11 or noon depending on how many people are left standing or when people need to start getting to their families. Whether we have goalies or not is always up in the air, so if any goalies want to play we'd love to have you. There are usually nets already out there. It's not the best rink, but it's free and open.
