Thread: Poker tournament anyone?

Who wants to set up an LGK poker tournament? I don't. But I would love to play in one. Let's get the ball rolling and maybe someone will take charge. I get a feeling Borinka99 will be the first to reply to this post. I miss Tonga's poker tournaments. Preferably in the San Fernando Valley btw. Oh, and no rebuys please.

haha, you were close, but I'm second! I am in (as long as I'm in town). Agree with th no rebuy part. I'd be happy to set up a blind structure if you guys want.

Depending on what city and what day/night I might be down. What type of poker do you usually play? Hold 'em, 7 stud, omaha, all of the above? Limit/no limit? Typical buy in?

I think NL holdem tourneys work the best. That's the game that most people know. I think Tonga said he wanted to keep the buy-in around 40 to get enough people.

That is what we've done in the past and it's worked out well.
