Thing is, the goalie we played against is one of the top 2 goalies in the league and is usually the hardest for me to play against.

I understand it's harder to find recreational competition with women's leagues (simply not enough girls especially at the higher levels). Still I bet you could beat up on the boys a bit too if you were so inclined ;)
Looked online at this deal and for whatever reason the company seems to have suffered a bit of a PR nightmare at one time and is definitely accused of snake oil. All that aside however if it works for you, use it. Better than peeing on your hands like Alou used to do.

I am not saying the bracelet has super powers and will make you 10X stronger and faster than you are. I do think it is worth a shot though. It's only $30 and if you don't feel anything, you can get your money back. If you do feel something, then you have a slight advantage in your games or other physical activities.
Got one in in the swag bag from a charity event, wore it to my game last week and I had absolutely no change in my play.
