The actual term for the tests they perform is applied kinesiology. Results can be duplicated with anything if you know how the tests are done. Hopefully nobody thinks a puck in their jock will help their play.

As stated before, the mind is a powerful thing.

I was given a competitors brand of the same thing. No difference in how I play because of it. I still play like crap. The flex and balance test things were lame and superficial. The other guys "tested" at the same time were effected by the band, not me. I've got crazy balance and I bendable like Gumby. I got it in pink for the breast cancer cause.
