I called the LV Ice Center. Spoke with Bob the Operations Manager, He said that they have 3 HUGE hockey tournaments that weekend, but if we could take a time slot in the evening on Friday the 1st sometime from 6pm-1am he would charge us 250.00 (350 for locals) for 1hr. Saturday is a NO GO for that rink they have a tournament until 2:30 in the morning. He said he is going to call the guy that runs the tournaments and see if he could get us a firm time, and he said that the other local rink will have his over flow sessons and they are full. Great work, but I think most people want to head to the Hoffbrau on
Friday night, it's a tradition. The other rink
is Sobe Ice, I little bit farther distance. I highly doubt
ice time for us at MGM or Orleans, but if it can be done,
that would be great.

How many would drop out of a pickup at 6pm though? Not like you don't have all night to rock on in Vegas. I'd rather play on Friday evening before drinking for 36 hours straight then having to pull myself together to play on Saturday.

I think Friday at 6 or 7 would be sweet.

I'm in for 6:00 or 7:00 on Friday. The Hoff goes off for HOURS!!! Play a hockey game, watch Tonga defend his crown, gamble a bit, stuff a few bills down a stripper's G-String... Then watch the Kings ****ing destroy the Avs!!!

I can't think of a better weekend.

This pretty much says it all. If it's at 6 or 7 I'm in, we can go straight to the Hof afterwards.

Hmm, I thought that was the reason no one wanted to play
the last few years. I guess I'm wrong again.
