Doesn't this mean you just need to play more often? If you only break your stick every 7 years, she ain't getting enough play

Fish this stick was broken in 3 years not 7.
When I was 15 and I broke my stick I thought it was cool, now I'm 27 and I immediately think "awww s**t!". Until I get a team to pay for my sticks, which will never happen, I'll stick to using replacement blades on my Koho shaft (doesn't that sound dirty?).
Come on those of you who have played with me know the power of my shot. I am a finesse (like a bull in a china shop) type player
For the longest time I've been trying to learn how to do a slapshot. I practiced and practiced, but I never got it. Well about 3 weeks ago I said to my self "you are going to learn how to do one". So I spent over an hour-and-a-half wailing away at these pucks I brought to the rink.
Low and behold I learned how to do a slapshot, but at a price. I snapped my stick in the process. It was a beat up old stick that I had for years.
So the moral of the story is, if you are poor, don't practice slapshots. You will just have to buy a new stick.

it was more likely due to it being a mission stick than from your breaking iti've had so many mission products fail on me. hopefully your new stick will last you more than 3 years

I am not too sure about that. I had a pair of Mission M-2 gloves for 4 years, and they just got a hole in them that started to grow. I also have some M-1 elbow pads that I am really liking a lot. I am looking into getting a pair of the Fuel 110 pants since they are going to stop making them from what I heard, and they have a comfortable XXL pant
