Such a proud day...
When I was retaping my Mission M-1 stick today, the blade I realized was cracked and splitting the entire length.
Such a happy day...my first ever broken blade or broken stick

Well now this gives me another reason to go down to hockey monkey when I am off on vacation from school. I wanted to go down anyway since they are going to stop making Mission ice hockey equipment and was going to pick up a pair of pants for the future (I am thinking the Fuel 110)
For you roller players they are still going to make Mission Roller equipment

When that happens to me, I'm going to mount it on my wall.
I recently upgraded from my original $10 wooden stick to a Mission Pulse, which is 5 million times better. Next time I'm on the ice I'm going to practice slapshots w/ the wooden one. It lasted me numerous games and I've scored a surprising amount of goals with it, just need a reason to retire it

Be glad you are not a goalie...friggin sticks are expensive. Th whole people shooting pucks at you can kinda suck sometimes too.

I bought this one as a pair of sticks off of ebay for 80 bucks plus shipping. Pretty light stick, pretty stiff, but has helped me score a few goals. I may cut it and put a different blade in

We tape up our broken sticks (at least the ones that are salvageable) and let the neighborhood kids play street hockey with them. We probably have enough sticks to equip a whole team.

I'm really glad I quit being a goalie long ago. Thanks for being one, games would really suck if nobody wanted to do it.
