Sunburned Feet
Yesterday I ended up getting sunburns on the top of both feet and I have a game tonight. I have been able to play through alot of other minor injuries but this one is going to be tough. Getting socks on is painful enough add to that the thought of getting my skates on and I am dreading getting dressed.
Other than to put on sunblock next time, does anyone have any advice?
Anyone play with burned feet?
I think I am gonna slather the tops of my feet wit solarcaine and suffer.

Aloe vera. I got realy sunburned yesterday also, I was at the lake all day so my shoulders and legs are really burnt. Aloe vera is amazing though.

My dad did that once only he had sunburn all over his body. Had a hockey school that night - wasn't pretty. The kids made fun of him pretty badly. It's painful. Good Luck!

I did spray aloe Solarcaine all over my feet and it did make getting my socks on alittle easier. Once i got my skates on there was no turning back. The tops of my feet stung and itched the whole game. Not a pleasant experience to be sure, but not as a bad as I was thinking either.
Separating the socks from my feet after the game hurt like a mutha, but thats another story.....
