Thread: Thursday night over 40 league @ Toyota, team needs players

looking for high bronze/silver/gold level players, good team that has been around for a couple of seasons has had a lot of people out for the summer session. they are looking for a few solid skaters (both forwards and defense) to shore up the team. we are about 4 or 5 games into the season. Games are at 9:15 and 10:15pm at TSC. PM me if you'd be interested (and what level you currently play).

also, we would love to have more teams in the league - we have 4 total since starting a few seasons ago, so bring your old ass teams to the rink and come play some hockey!

it is Ice. this is the third season of the league. one team hasn't done too well, but they seem to have gotten a couple of better guys this season. The team that won it last year is actually 0-6 right now because a few of their players took this season off and they need players badly. Hard to win ice games when you have 7 or 8 players showing up for games. The other two teams are fairly competitive with each other.

Skill levels can be anywhere from gold level players to bronze b guys, so it is pretty wide.

Asking for gold level players eligible for over 40 is pretty ambitious, especially considering most of the company on this board.

It sounds like you want serious and talented players. I would just like to exercise and lose weight while playing friendly hockey.

most of the hockey is friendly. then again, it is competitive hockey, which is why I say "most". the talent range is from BRONZE B to Gold, so it is a really wide range. if you feel you fit in that range, it will be a good skate out there.
