PITTSBURGH — After a subpar start, Bruins third-line center Chris Kelly had been playing better. But now he is sidelined with a left leg injury suffered Monday night in Ottawa on a hit from the Senators’ Chris Neil.
Bruins coach Claude Julien said before last night’s distressing 3-2 loss to the Penguins that the severity of the injury is not yet known. It’s believed, though, that the injury is not too bad.
