Red Sox hold 4-0 lead in 5th inning
FORT MYERS -- After four innings, the Red Sox hold a 4-0 lead over the Minnesota Twins.
Starter Felix Doubront pitched out of a couple of jams in his first four innings, in which he surrendered five hits and one walk, while striking out five. He came out for the start of the fifth inning.
The Red Sox scored first in the first, Mike Napoli singling in Jacoby Ellsbury (single). The next inning, Daniel Nava singled in Will Middlebrooks (single, stolen base).
