i was able to see this when logging in:
can't purchase till thursday. but i'd imagine those tickets going for 90 bucks a pop are AMAZING... if you like watching the backside of the boards
i'm also assuming the east side is kings shoot twice? really hoping it's the west side, because we all know that is the best side
I decided to try for tickets in the red zone. Bring the pain.
Center Ice Loge in 101 row M for 560 bucks for the pair including fees
"ALL PATRONS REGARDLESS OF AGE REQUIRE A TICKET "
This blows big time. I'm gonna have to shell out at least $90 for my 2 year old that can sit on my lap? If I want good seats, then at least $750 for 2 adults and a child. This is a sin. Shame on you NHL!
I went for top deck. 4 tickets about $600 total.
out of the maybe 50 games +/- that we've been to in the last 4 yrs, my kid has only ever cried at a game twice and it wasn't "all over the place". first time was when the kings made the playoffs for the first time in 8 years, in 2010, and i forgot how loud it got. it was too loud for her 1 yr old ears and i rectified that by taking her up into the main concourse when it was really loud and by the next playoff game, buying and bringing those baby ear muffs. the second time was in the concourse this last playoff season when i went to the bathroom without her and that was my fault. as soon as i turned around and calmed her down, she was fine. obviously, if your kid isn't comfortable in a sporting environment AT ALL and there's nothing you can do to remedy the situation, why force them, but i've seen tons of kids at the ball park, hockey arena and football stadium who do just fine. they're oftentimes more behaved than the drunk idiots who don't know when to cut themselves off.
ps. if anyone can get decent tix, i'll buy 3. otherwise, i'll probably wait for general onsale or secondary market.
