I don't like reserve seats at Dodger Stadium.Too high and seats are cramped.I couldn't justify paying $250 to sit in reserve ...Not a big fan of top deck but they are less expensive.
Freakin' money gouging is all it is.
also: these prices look definitely controlled by the NHL. i just found the prices for the Detroit winter classic before it was cancelled due to lockout last year, but it's same pricing schematic.
Winter Classic ticket prices range from $89-$279, according to graphic on DetroitRedWings.com | MLive.com
Big difference....Philly played the Rangers. Big time east coast style rivalry with Ranger fans not being too timid to get out to Philly. While the Kings/Ducks is indeed a rivalry, it does not rise to the level shown in the Eastern Conference nor are Ducks fans made of the hearty stock required to travel to Dodger Stadium and brave the elements. Hell, given a side by side comparison, if it were actually Kings vs Sharks I could see the Sharks fans coming out in larger numbers to represent.
If I think the prices are at the gouging level and know its going to be a huge pro-king turnout,a semi historic event, and Im still not sure whether I want to pay those inflated prices-what is your typical Duck fan thinking? And if the Ducks get off to slow start that will be magnified even further.

To the NHL, it doesn't matter if its Toronto vs Montreal or Kings vs Sucks... They will charge the same price because if you don't buy it, someone else will. They know it will sell out. They know they can get money even from babies (charge full price).
It's the NHL
