This isn't about creating a nice event for the fans, this all about grabbing money from our pockets. Now settle down and buy a $25 knit cap and a few $12 10oz pours of swill.

it can cost that much when there are usc football games also. mostly when they're playing really well. i'm pretty sure the lots that charge $60+ within the vicinity of the coliseum are privately owned by entities unaffiliated with the school (or coliseum). unless you're talking about the lawn parking right outside the venue, which is a possibility though i never see it during games because you basically have to have a season pass to park there. if dodger stadium charged $45 (or more) to park, it'd be solely because they/the nhl decided, not some private company who decided to make money for themselves off the event.

I would assume most of the Dodger bus fans are taking either the red or gold line to/from LAUS. I see a lot of them on the gold line.

Allow me to help. Parking is $6 at Union Station, $15 at Dodger Stadium. $9 savings. That's 1 beer. Your ride up and back from the game is FREE and they the run buses consistently, so you early birds can leave in the 7th inning if you like. The bus has a dedicated lane into Dodger Stadium most days that is coned off, so no waiting in heavy traffic. It drops right in front of the venue, so minimal walking required comparatively, and it is right next to the Will-Call windows. Also, you can take the train to Union Station- there are 3 metro lines that stop there.

The bus is farking awesome. But yea, I'd be shocked if there was anything like that for the Kings game. I'll probably have the SO drop me off at the bottom of the hill and I'll walk up. Then walk home.

Parking hasn't been $15 for awhile now. It's $10. I attend 30 + Dodger games a season and you couldn't pay me to take the shuttle. You can easily park somewhere and walk in or pay to park.Just seems like a hassle

Is beer there $ 9 ? I'm just not a big fan of public transportation to begin with.No way they have a shuttle for the Hockey game. Can you imagine all those people waiting for the bus ? It would be a mess not to mention if someone is going to shell out big money for this they will pay for parking.

Maybe ..just seems like it would be easier to catch a bus and walk up the hill but what do I know.I did the whole blue line to Staples and with trying to park at Union Station and taking the blue line it just seemed easier to park. You can find reasonable lots down there.
