Colin Fraser - Good family guy that just wants to get the job done, no matter what the odds. Easily the best right hand man to have in the zombie apocalypse. Least likely to loose his mind and turn into a psycho.
Mike Richards - Smartest to send out on recon and supply runs. When backed into a corner, the best at fighting his way out of the oncoming hoards of undead.
Drew Doughty - first to shoot in the kneecap and leave behind as distraction bait to help get away when there's no other choice.

Oscar Moller or Drew Doughty - depending if they prefer meat or cute little children, to be used as a sacrificial lamb in a ritual where I am crowned the king of zombies
Not many Clifford mentions, maybe cuz even though he's not a Zombie he might be mistaken for one and you'd lose him right off the bat?

I really thought Willie Mitchell would get more love than he has. His 'stare into your soul' mugshot pic is proof enough to me that he has what it takes to kill some zombies if needed.
