Well fortunately Ellerby seems to be getting up to speed quickly with the team, I didn't see any massive mistakes last night and he did make a couple of really nice passes up to the forwards, thank you DL for that trade, the shame is, the team is right back where it was before the trade.

I'm sure glad we still have Hickey wasting away at Manchester... Oh wait

Hopefully the injury is short lived. Sutter is going to have to lean on his top 4 guys and let the last 2 take whatever minutes they can handle.

Ellerby had a nice pass on Carter's second goal. Hopefully he can continue to play in the top 4.

I'll agree that he looked better than his first game, and he did use his long reach to good effect. Having said that though, he did pump up my blood pressure a few times. Of course, that could be said about almost all of the d-men.

Thank god, Voynov is looking better and better every week. This kid is getting it. Love his compete, despite his lack of size.

This ordeal's just gonna make the next Cup parade that much sweeter.

Was refreshing to see Bernie coming up w/some big saves hopefully to earn him a consecutive start vs. Columbust on Fri.

I think yesterday was just about the best game I've ever seen him play. Good hockey sense, great wheels, good offensive instincts and balls. A rare combination. He needs to teach Doughty the "fake, slight change of angle, get puck on net" trick.
