Anyone have experience with lettering kits? Can the glue-on kits be applied to look good at all or do they ruin the jersey?

*resigned sigh* So my son has a toddler (Reebok T2-4) sweater, and after repeatedly asking my daughter if she wants one, she has changed her answer from the standard "no" to "I want a pink one" (which she saw a laidies sized one on TV). Does anyone know if there is a pink Reebok T2-4 in existence?
