So what about the Champions patches for the jerseys? Are they actually going to be worn at some point (Frozen Fury, maybe?) or is this just a gimmick for fans?

I've never seen any team wear patches for a Championship, just for a series.

I hate fitted hats, so I got the biggest size L/XL for the gray Champions $32 hat. It's a good fit for me, but people with bigger-sized heads may need to try it on first. When I wear a hat, I don't want a headache 5 mins later.

I also picked up the 'old time hockey' style paladin hat and it has a velcro back and mesh. $22.

Just curious if anyone else ordered from Team LA tonight. I'm asking because I haven't gotten a confirmation email yet. Not worried, just wondering.

I wear a 7 1/4 and the small/medium was loose enough on me that I didn't buy it.

I got my SC champion hat, shirt, and locker room towel in one order from nhl.com and then in a separate order right after pre-ordered the DVD.
