It just seems like Downtown L.A. was his crown jewel project. He did what he set out to do and won some Championships along the way. He changed the face of Downtown Los Angeles...in a HUGE way. That's when you go out...on top. He might not survive another huge project like Los Angeles, so maybe... just maybe the guy wants to actually enjoy the rest of his life without the stress. Seriously, he rebuilt one of the biggest, most famous cities in the world. How do you top that?
