I think if they can get better terms on the Football Field deal, secure a team then that would be the time to sell. Why suddenly sell in the middle of negotiating this stadium deal? And announcing to sell a week before an important city council vote? LA is a very important piece of their holdings...if not THE most important. BTW, I'm not talking about the Kings.

I am betting they announcement from AEG is related to this. Why make the announcement when the NHL had just locked out out team, I think they knows it not going to pass or know there is no way in hell they fulfill the obligations they have made to the new stadium.
I still sat the City of Industry/Majestic stadium is a better deal and has a better chance of working
