HHOF discount coupons are all over the place in Toronto, at hotels or tourist information places or through AAA probably. I'm not sure if the HHOf is worth the trip from Buffalo but Toronto is a much nicer place to visit/stay than Buffalo so it might be worth spending a night there if you're going there anyway.
When in Buffalo make sure you eat at Mulberry's.
Bring lots of $$$ to NYC not only because it is expensive but because the choice of food options is off the charts. My wife and did a Kings trip in the Gretz era to MSG, NJ and Hartford and spent $1000 in a heartbeat!
Enjoy MSG. I absolutely loved that building. Are you going to the isle to see the Gorton fishermen? I think that would be fun as well.
We stayed in DC about 3-4 years ago and went to 2 games at the Verizon Center. Our hotel was just east of the White House and not too far of a walk to the Verizon Center. IIRC they close down the streets to let the people roam around after game (or maybe the crowd just overflowed onto the street). Anyhow I would suggest walking. I think we only had a 10-15 minute walk and it beat trying to deal with the traffic after the game.Quote:

Check the link in my thread. This guy has been trying to go to all the arenas like I plan to do so although he isn't going for any specific team. He has restaurants and what not options at the various places he has been.
In the Kings media giude, there are phone numbers for each teams front office. They usually have the B.C. Presidents or Secretary's number. Tell them you belong to the Kings B.C., and are looking for tickets. they can usually hook you up. BTW, DON"T stay in Manhatten, stay across the river in N.J. and take the buses into the Port Authority. 15/20 mins or less and cheap. Last trip we stayed at the Hyatt Place in Secaucus at 1/2 the price of Manhatten. Shuttles/buses run every 1/2 an hour. Hyatt Pl 575 Park Plaza Dr, Secaucus N.J. 07094 201-422-9480
