I know if you did (order before the lockout) and selected the "mail to your home" option, you would get whatever bag you wanted. I asked for the Quick bag, and got it. I can't say for sure about the ones you have to pick up. The Kings might have had time to switch those out. Hopefully not though.

When I picked up our order in late October from the store, I was able to pick up Quick and Kopitar as ordered! Kids were very happy that night. Now they keep asking when will we be going to a game?

i ordered before the lockout and i'm pretty sure i asked for jonathan quick but i got kopitar instead. it's a little annoying but not a huge deal. if they end up not charging me for shipping, i'll be less annoyed.

Guest Services couldn't do anything, of course. Sent a message to the Kings feedback email address asking about options. Still waiting for a reply.

Got mine in the mail last night.

Back story:

I chose to pick mine up at the next home game. Seeing how that isn't happening anytime soon, I received a phone call from the Kings regarding this. They initially called to tell me my credit card number was missing a digit. I gave them missing digit and they said they'd pick up the tab for shipping. About three weeks passed and I found it on my doorstep last night. The entire process, from purchase to delivery, took quite awhile. I bought it the day it was announced.

I also did not get a replica Stanley Cup banner which I find fishy. I ordered mine exactly 2 minutes after Bailey posted it on Twitter. Oh well.

Make sure that Team LA card works. I had 2 from last year that didn't work.

From what I understand, they will Merrill the banners after the home opener, whenever that may be. They don't want to spill what it looks like
