I chose to pick mine up at the next home game. Seeing how that isn't happening anytime soon, I received a phone call from the Kings regarding this. They initially called to tell me my credit card number was missing a digit. I gave them missing digit and they said they'd pick up the tab for shipping. About three weeks passed and I found it on my doorstep last night. The entire process, from purchase to delivery, took quite awhile. I bought it the day it was announced.

I also did not get a replica Stanley Cup banner which I find fishy. I ordered mine exactly 2 minutes after Bailey posted it on Twitter. Oh well.

this is exactly what i got. it sounded like people who are getting the banner were notified. i didn't get notification though, so i don't know. i'm not sure if we ordered RIGHT away, but i know it was either within a couple hours, the same day or the same weekend... we were in the hospital with a family member who passed the same day we ordered it. :(
anyway, i haven't gotten billed for shipping yet either so i'm assuming they sent it out free which i think is a nice gesture considering there's no kings hockey for the foreseeable future.

I paid to have it shipped because of the lockout and not knowing when the next game would be. I'm not all that concerned over the $7 but I bet you some people are going to complain if they're shipping it for free to some and not others.

My wife bought one at the FanFest this passed Sunday and received raffle tickets for the In-Game Experience at Glacial Gardens (part of the FanFest), she ended up winning a nice Kings scarf in the raffle. She also had the option of a "Bailey" or a "Quick" bag, and opted for the Quick one.

I forgot to ask them about the banner though. :/

My wife went and picked ours up finally. We were tired of waiting for a season that isn't going to happen. We were pleased at the Stanley Cup champ items, key chain, lanyard, and Bailey holding the Stanley Cup bobble head. Overall, very nice. Surprisingly, I'm not gonna bitch about not getting the fake tattoos, but I will about not receiving Galaxy playoff tickets. The cooler bag is, well, cool...but it stinks like chemicals, like it was made in China, which it probably was. No Prop 65 warning was enclosed.

Hmm, I see they are still giving the option of Kopitar or Quick for the bags but I thought they were supposed to be all Bailey because of the lockout.

If you tell people their choice isn't necessarily what they get, you can have them request the winning Powerball numbers, and still be in the clear if you send a mascot lion.

Only kidding. I think the lockout excuse for sending the wrong bags to some people was just a ruse to cover the fact that the order filler is illiterate, blind, or simply just hates me.
