I got my email confirmation within a couple of minutes of ordering.

I ordered some stuff last year through the NHL auctions website and Kings Care and shipping got messed up. Lauren Nowinski is the Coordinator for the Kings Care Foundation that I e-mailed last year and she's still listed on the Kings website. You can try her. Her e-mail was lnowinski@lakings.com
