Philadelphia: Claude Giroux and Ilya Bryzgalov

Winnipeg: Dustin Byfuglien or Evander Kane and a third round pick

Calgary: Curtis Glenncross, Joey McDonald and a second

Edmonton: Jordan Eberle or Taylor Hall and Nicolai Khabibulin

Of these, I think I like the Byfuglien deal best. What say you?

That the choice - "none of the above" (at least from opposing teams) is going to happen. Don't get me wrong. I would take any one of these (the Calgary deal would have to be a first rounder though) but I just don't think the price is that high. I hope you are right though.

Giroux, Byfuglien, Kane, Eberle or Hall will not be coming to the Kings for Bernier. Just dont see the value as that high

All of those are way too much for our backup goalie.

While we're talking fiction I propose Bernier for the Arc of the Covenant and future considerations.

Lombardi would be GM of the century if he pulled off one of those trades.
