I don't know if he was an enforcer per se, but when he started throwing there were usually two hits and you know what those are.
So true!!! Danny could get the gloves off and throw two or three before the other guy knew what hit him. And he landed haymakers!!! One of the most feared heavyweights of his era.

I'm not sure but I remember the game against Chicago where Brennan fought Cummins 3 times and beat him silly each time lol.
Brennan and Norton fought against Kevin Sawyer in the same game. They pretty much ended Sawyer's career. I remember Sawyer used to run around in Kings games alot throwing his weight around. I remember he once ran the goalie and all hell broke loose.
And thats how you get ants!

So if Marty dropped 'em with Tiger, Marty would win, best of 3.

Dave Hutchison was one of the first tough guys I remember seeing as a kid. Not a bad middleweight. I'd have to go with Dave "The Hammer" Schultz" as one of my favs. Man was he tough when he played for the Broad Street Bullies and later the Kings.

More, again, for the hell of it. Sorry, I'm having too much fun looking up old Kings fights and want to share.

Tiger Williams wasn't necessarily a great fighter he just fought everybody. My favourite quote about Williams was "his face is so flat he could bite a wall". I also remember Tiger and Dave Taylor trying to reheat the Cold War by crushing everyone they saw when the Kings played the Red Army team.

I know the final score was 3-2 San Jose so it could be. Kings up 2-0 at one point. I remember the crowd through water bottles at the Kings at the end of the first.
