Voted for everyone. At this stage whether one side is right or wrong they are still getting paid tons of money for doing something they love along with endorsements and bonuses etc. The only losers in this are the fans whom without there would be no NHL anyways. I really hope people all over don't show up for at least the first couple of games to show them what a loss it would be. For the Kings the game after their first home one because the banner is pretty important. Well I think so at least.

I started out with the owners, to put the fans through another lockout for the same reasons they did less than a decade is inexcusable. As time has gone on though, I'm now putting the blame for it continuing squarely on Fehr's head. It was his unwillingness to bargain in good faith with the owners that killed the world series (which to be honest, I really didn't mind) all while putting out pseudo-offers that he knew owners would never go for soley for the purpose of keeping his own PR machine going. He is the gloria allred of player's unions, he doesn't care about the game, just about getting his own name back out in the headlines.

Fehr can rot in hell, Bettman can rot in Purgatory

Just to play devils advocate, please remember it was the owners who locked out the players. I could be wrong but I remember reading the NHLPA was open to the idea of playing through negotiations meaning we'd at least have games. Monster contracts that contributed to this mess, while more than likely being given by the GM, I would think had the owners blessings as well.

There is no right here, everyone failed. Why did they wait till 11:55 before starting negotiations? Bettman has grown the league but he's hurt it a lot as well. Maybe time for him to pull a David Stern and give the wheel to someone with a better vision for the future of the NHL/

    All of the above:
Perspective, the NHL and NHLPA are arguing how to split up 3.3 billion dollars. Owners want to roll back salaries, not cool as they were the ones driving up the salaries i.e. Suter, Parise and Weber. With the economy the way it is, pretty stupid on both sides to anger the fans.
