Cup fan video?

Can anyone help? I'm looking for a fan made video that surfaced after we won the cup (actually one was made after each series). Each video ends with a screen showing 1-16, and X's are slapped on each number as we won. Anyone? I loved those and I wanna get fired up!!

This is my favorite video of his by far. It still gives me goosebumps every time I watch it.
