Yes he is.... David Courtney was his mentor and he learned a lot for him. It will be different not hearing DC’s voice but I hope everyone gives DJ a chance.

They just need to pipe in DC's voice with "Your Los Angeles Kings!"

I worked with Dave Joseph a few years back and he is a great guy. Knowing Dave Joseph, the magnitude of following DC won't be lost on him and he will do a very good job. It is nice when good people get the opportunities.

People will definitely piss and moan, no doubt about that. I hope he is able to block it off in the meantime while people slowly adjust and adapt to his voice. Then it'll be a lovefest all around.
