Thread: David Courtney passed away.

Really sad. Rip. Just heard on 710 am. He will be missed.

Wow, that is very sad! I just saw him and chatted with him at the FanFest two weeks ago! :( :( :(

He will be missed, thoughts and prayers to his friends and family.

We as Kings fans have been blessed with a plethora of amazing voices to go along with our games.

And I would certainly count David Courtney's as one of them.

The eventual banner raising will not be the same without his voice over the PA.

If true, very sad. I thought he was a really good announcer, and when another filled in for him, you could certainly tell the difference, and not in a good way. RIP.
