Thread: Did any one else get a call from Luc Robitaille today?

So I was driving in my car today and the phone rings. I answer it and it's Luc Robitaille's voice and he's asking for me by name. I think, "Wow, they are getting personal with these recordings." As a season ticket holder I am used to these kinds of recorded calls but not where they know my name. After a couple of seconds I realize this is no recording, it's actually Luc Robitaille on the other end of the phone. Apparently I sent a gripe letter to my ticket rep a few weeks ago saying I am fed up and I want to know how soon I can get out of my ticket package. Luc says he got my email and was calling to see if I would just hang in there, the team is built for years of success, etc. etc. We talked hockey for a while and he even asked about my company. We spoke for about 10 minutes but it felt like an hour.

I suppose I'm not the only one he had to talk down from the ledge today. Anyone else get a call?

No call from Lucky for me...and I've been pissed for months.

That is great, I wish the Kings would reach out to all ticket holders in some way with an update. The only corespondence I have recieved since the ticket options letter is the thank you good bye from my rep.

Please Kings lets us know that you care a little bit about us.
