What dumb is that song is paying tribute to their former drummer who blew his brains out. But its orange county so id be suprised if they even knew that!

I'm proud to be a KINGS fan and an ANGELS fan...and yes...I can name Halo players before 2002, and I can name King players before 2012...so I'm a freak.
Kings fans...gang bangers? ...that's Doyer fan...
Wait, are you in OC??? ACCORDING to these "hockey gods" ON HERE, you can't be a kings fan in oc, cuz you will be labled as a closet ducks fan, we all know everybody on here, they are all the REAL DEAL... maybe this is the reason ducks fans clown kings fans, cuz they talk too much and take jabs at their own fans, considering they did not win squad for over 40 yrs.
Oh yeah 1 more smack talk from ducks fans ..................." enjoy the cup LA KINGS................ see you in another 40 yrs or so ....
Dear OP ...sometimes you just have to let things go, not to run home and cry about it over the net....i could write a book about all the jokes ducks fans have for the kings.
I've heard stupid remarks at games in every sport.
Some have come out of my own mouth.
The key for me about Ducks fans is that, like me, a lot of them are hockey fans. There is a common ground. It is possible to find them while avoiding the idiots.
I'm sure there are just as many moronic Kings fans as well. Just look around twitter when they lose and the mind boggling comments. We are spoiled around here w/ the wealth of knowledge amongst members. And lets be honest. The stupid of Ducks fans doesn't even come close to the stupidity amongst Canucks fans.
First of all it wasn't their drummer. It was Jason Thirsk, their base player. The song was written while he was alive and altered after his death. Bro Hymn was written in 1991 and Jason died in 1996. The live version that KROQ plays is the newer version.
I am talking about what I have heard at games in person. You are right, on the net or twitter all bets are off, any idiot anywhere in the world can pop off. But from what I have heard with my own ears, in person at a game? The most profoundly stupid things I have ever heard said have been from Duck fans.
I am not claiming that all Duck fans are like that, as acknowledged in my first post I know cool duck fans and have had good chats with many Duck fans at games. But win it comes to the dumbest or lamest stuff said at games Duck fans take the gold.
BTW I have been to couple of Kings games in Vancouver and must say everyone was cool to me, a little bit of good natured smack from some, but all in all a positive experience.
