Thread: Dumb Banter You Heard from Dux Phanbois While @ La Ponda

as you know, every time we travel to the pond to watch a kings game, there is no lack of **** talking by young ducks fans. dumb stuff is said all the time between periods, in the elevator, going up and down the stairs, in the seats, by hawyard on tv, and on the walk back to the car...especially when the kings are on the losing end of the night.

tonight this kid in the elevator tells me "this elevator is for ducks fans only, kings fans take the stairs". he was with his dad, in his mid-50's, wearing his ducks gear. i didn't respond to the kid, but turned to the dad and asked him how long he's been a hockey fan, and how long he's lived in greater LA area. he's been both for his entire life. then i asked him if he ever went to kings games before the ducks came on the scene. yes, he was even a season ticket holder for many years. i turned to the kid and said "the dirty little secret of men the age of your dad, is that before they were ducks fans, they were kings fans. should he take the stairs?" the kid shut up.

so what's the dumbest thing you heard from ducks fans at tonight's, or any previous kings/ducks game, whether at pond, forum or staples?

I did not go tonight but I have gone to many Kings vs Ducks games in the past and I can honestly attest to, that without fail, as sure as the sun will rise in the morning, some Duck fan says something to me that is jaw dropping, give your head a shake, eyes popping out of your head stupid. Never fails.

In fact I have actually had decent conversations with Duck fans at games and then some other fan walks by and interjects something so mind-numbingly moronic that the guys I am talking to close their eyes and dejectedly apologize to me for what the other lunkhead Duck fan just said.

So back the **** off! This thread is legit.

Stupidest thing I read was 3 games in a Ducks fan was bragging about having a better record and calling us The Last Place Queens.This person is an Angel fan also.Most Angel fans can't even name a player before 2002..Ducks fans are just as obnoxious..

The funniest sht i ever heard from ducks fans is that, kings are pathetic, the ducks came into the nhl wayyyyy long after la kings and they won the cup and made it to the cup finals twice , while the LA KINGS didn't make the playoffs until this yr...bawhahaha.........oh yeah they refer to the la kings as the queens, that's funny too.

Ducks fans also think most LA KINGS fan base are buncha gang bangers....
