TSN has the Red Wings at #7 also, not sure how you can rank them that high after losing Lidstrom

I don't get the love for the Wild. Yes, they added the top two free agents, but they still are not a very deep team at forward. Plus, they have zero cap space to make additions

The Kings were terrible the first half, last in goals as well. All it took was Carter and a new coach. Why can't Minn turn it around with their 2 superstars? Parise and Suter are beasts. I think they will be the most underrated team this season and surprise a lot of people.

However right or wrong, I usually have a gut feeling about how the Kings season may go. However, this season I can't pin one down. There are too many variables. =\

Interesting how high (numerically) the Wings and Sharks are ranked. I don't remember the last time the Wings were ranked that high in any of these rankings.

I said this in another thread, but this really is the Kings conference to lose if they can stay healthy.

What was your gut telling you last year, cause I don't think anyone could have predicted what happened let alone HOW it happened. :-)
