You can absolutely buy return tickets at Pico Station. In fact, you should definitely do that because if you get stopped by a fair checker, they'll want to see that you bought a ticket from a station you just left.

Buy a day pass for $5.00 and you're set.

    Thanks for the help!

Oh BTW how well does it stay on schedule?
I take it to UCLA every day and it's quite reliable. Especially on a Sunday when traffic is light.

From the LA Times Article..a shuttle from the Coliseum?
Kings fans are encouraged to arrive beginning at 9 a.m. Sunday. Pre-game events and refreshments will be available. Parking and a free shuttle will also be provided at the Coliseum

And for those doing the bike ride, it also says there will be a bike Valet at Staples which will be nice..no need to take the bikes back to the car.

ya, but if i buy a round trip ticket or buy at wardlow and then buy at pico, it'd only be $3... since it's $1.50 each way, right?

Cash only on the buses. You can use a debit card on the Blue/red/green/purple line.

I'd check Metro.net to see if they are adding trains and buses for Sunday.

Cash is fine. $2 bucks per person, each way.

Pro tip if you don't live near a Metro line:

You can park in the underground Union Station garage off of Vignes for $6 all day. From there it's an easy ride on the Purple or Red Line to 7th and flower and a 4 block walk from there.
