So I'm watching the game six replay on FSW two weeks after the momentous day, and was wondering if it has sunk in yet. I'm still getting dust in my eyes watching the last minutes wind down. It has been a wonderful 2+ month ride and hoping we get to enjoy another one this time next year.

I was going to post after watching that again tonight: how many times have we all watched the replay now? I must be at about 4, not counting being there in person.
I'm still not used to it and every time I watch it again I notice some new bit of hustle I didn't catch the first few times through.
Never gets old.

what i just realized is that now the kings are going to be included whenever there's a cup winner montage. like, in those cup promos that we see every year... now we're going to get a shot of dustin raising the cup. amazing!
I didn't know the replay was on, was just getting back home to my apartment and I'm wearing my Stanley Cup Champions shirt, said hi to the Penguins fan who lives downstairs and when I got inside, I turned on the tv just in time to see Quick lifting the cup. It still hasn't completely sunk in. Such an awesome feeling, it's just hard to believe it finally happened.
It doesn't matter if it sinks in. We won the Cup!
