I know very little about this "just drop it" bozo. What I do know is that when I spoke with a ticket rep during and shortly after the SCF, the team had a VERY small inventory of season tickets available (of course, the inventory of season tickets is less than all of the seats in the building). And I agree that a sellout is a sellout but also that there is a difference between selling every seat and having a warm body in every seat. There are always no-shows. In Denver (where the Broncos have sold out every home game since the NFL/AFL merger), the Broncos announce the number of no-shows, who then are roundly booed by those in attendance.

remember also that premier seats are seats for Lakers/Clippers and Kings. Lot's of companies that are Laker fans buy the seats and either give away or throw away Kings seats. I get several games a year from a friend whose company often lets them rot. Of course they never have Laker tickets for me but those games usually boring anyway.

Yeah, my source for free tickets off and on since 1993 (first at the Pond, then Staples once it opened) no longer has his Staples tickets. Even then I only periodically got tickets.

But if I wanted Dodger tickets in the 2nd row behind home plate in the fancy pants seats with all the food included I might still be able to get those.

This just Drop it guy is a bozo...It kind of bothers me people trying to profit on the lockout.I'm sure he has tshirts or something that he sells.I get that winning the SC there will be haters but lots of haters on his page with comments to the point that LA doesn't even deserve a hockey team or no one cares about the team.

And to continue on this tangent, I renewed my tickets for the Top Deck. I will put some of the games on here. It's tough to go to 81 games.

It says "sold out", but I don't think they've sold them for at least two seasons. They no longer run the "die hard" promotion for new buyers.
