I really liked Randy Moller In Florida. He used to crack me up with every goal call. Freaking funny.

Disagree vehemently with Joe "man power advantage" Beninati and John "SAYS NO!" Forslund being anywhere close to the top of the list.
Though not even Hayward is worse than listening to Rick Jeanneret screech his way through a broadcast. Total audible holocaust.
Agua, my brother and I grew up watching the Warriors every Sunday night during the late 60s- early 70s. They were the team who always wore the white jerseys and were the good guys. We never questioned how they had a home stand that lasted 6 years. We also loved the play by play and interviews by Elmer Anderson. He had the best lines when interviewing the opponents-- "Don't go away mad, just go away."
Oh yeah, and Pittsburgh's broadcasting team really sucks. A few years ago, I was watching a playoff series between PIT and OTT, and PIT was losing the elimination game big time. These guys, right on the air, actually said that since PIT was going to lose the series anyway, they should try to hurt as many Sens as possible in the time left. That pissed me off to the point where I send an e-mail to FSN-Pittsburgh (as they were known at the time). Homerism is bad enough; encouraging dirty play on the air shows a total lack of class.
I remember in the summer of 74 I went up to San Fran. with my parents and we were on a bus tour. This older (to me...I was 12) woman sat next to me and she was from Philly. We got to talking a bit about the Flyers just winning the Cup (that's how I remember it was 74). We also talked about Roller Games and she said how mean the T-Birds were...they were the bad guys. I said..."wait...WHAT?! You guys are the bad guys!". Hilarious...it was the first time I got a glimmer of how set up it was. I was shocked...I mean....Ralph Valladares a bad guy! No way!
I didn't get it...I mean...don't the T-Birds win every game at the last second? C'mon!
