    Hickey will likely get Powerplay time, and I wouldn't be shocked if he pulls a Moulson. I'll be wasting my last Fantasy pick on him.

    at the draft party a couple of years ago, and under a considerable haze, i heard Birdman yell out the following (about 4 or 5 times, i think) - "don't marry yourselves to players!" he went on to reiterate that idea more than once on the boards, and i believe it to be absolutely sage.

    I'm happy for Hickey despite losing him for nada. Hickey wasn't going to crack the line-up unless multiple injuries occured. Isles are depserate for help and Reinhart isn't ready yet. I wouldn't be surpised if Hickey is playing this weekend for them.

    Good luck to Hickey. Hope he succeeds, I guess I would have been a bit bitter if it was Anaheim or some other team that annoys me. Islanders fans are fine with me.

    Good for him. At leadt he has a chance of seeing time in the NHL now. As far as Clune... Well he had a cool nickname.

    Well, I guess this cements that pick as DL's biggest mistake of his tenure. I'm glad he made it early, and even in that draft, he came up with Simmonds (flipped for Richards) and Dwight King, so he made amends in the later rounds.
