they got our $ for their crap AND extra $ for a worthless warranty.

basically what we learned is that Living Spaces sells furniture for cheap because they themselves buy other manufacturers last remaining set of this or that... so IF something does break, they have nothing to replace it with.. total scam.
Sorry you had a bad experience with them. We love the bunk beds we got for our kids through them. Has held up fairly well.
