Has anyone seen him? Great impression of Claude Rains through the first 3 games.

Okay, seriously, I know we have all missed the traditional "Let's jump on ***** and just rip him apart on here until he decides to retire" but come on, the whole team (except for the 4th line) is playing like crap, as I said in another thread, this is just like we saw with TM at the helm, however I think DS isn't going to stand around and do nothing.

Has anyone seen ANYONE with the exception of Kyle Clifford?

As frustrated as I am right now, probably have to give them another week or so before we really go off on all of them.

Exactly, as I said in the other thread, the 2nd home game is the key for me, I am fully expecting the Yotes to run the Kings on Saturday, hence why I decided to change the lower control arms on my wife's car rather than drive out to PHX.

Doughty, Nolan, Fraser, Voynov have all been good so far, IMO. Especially Doughty, which I wasn't expecting.

Stoll and Lewis have been noticeable on the ice as well. Brown and Kopitar are getting used to the smaller ice

I thought Kopitar was finally back up to game speed, he was getting to the right places on the ice defensively much better this game. Those 2 posts have to be gnawing at him.
Williams started to show some flashes of little plays in the offensive zone. Richards had I think one nice touch pass down low. Overall both their games are suffering badly. I'm still pissed Richards was the forward that caused that 4-3 and then was the forward out there when they scored.
Brown has been so bad that it's hard to figure out what's wrong there.
Carter is the only one of the top 6 forwards that's been solidish. He's been getting back through defensively and showing speed offensively. Having Clifford get him some pucks made him really stand out more. You could tell too that he felt awful about that late trip.
On D Slava Doughty have both been solid the whole time. Really liked Marty's play on Hall late in the third. Scuderi is getting back up to speed quickly too.

Still this team overall only barely started to show some semblance of system play in this their third game. Other teams are getting by on getting to the puck while they remember how to play and this team hasn't felt the need to do that yet. Makes me worried.

I mentioned it in the GDT thread last night, but I thought it was reported that JW had the flu and was trying to play through it?

Edit: Just checked Google and the online report says he had it the day before the opener.

That has been reported. Hard to tell with those reports though, historically the "flu" has been player was at the bar last night. If it's really the flu he shouldn't be near the team.
