I suppose the Kings could always put it off until the game against NYI on Tuesday, Nov. 6 or the next Saturday evening game (Nov. 17 against TB) but I can't imagine they'd want to do it during the week or to wait two weeks.
If they're not going to do any reworking of the schedule....

The Lakers play the Pistons Sun, Nov 4 at 6:30 PM. If you could get the Lakers to switch their game to 12 or 12:30 Sunday (wouldn't be an issue regarding a back to back game for them or the Pistons who play the 2nd, 4th, and 6th and it's not a national tv game so that's not an issue either), you probably could get the Kings game moved to Sunday night because the Blues and Kings aren't scheduled to play again until Nov 6. That schedule doesn't cause any awkward back to backs for the Lakers, Clippers, Kings, or Blues and doesn't really impact the Pistons.

Most of you are putting the cart before the horse. Doesnt look like the deal will get done this week so there is no way Nov 3 is going to happen for the Kings. Lets all wait until the lockout/strike is over and go from there.

Ya me too. His name was Gary Bettman. He made the NHLPA guy an new offer. There is an article on NHL.COM about it.

1 minor detail is that this will be only the 2nd home game on Time Warner Cable Sportsnet who just paid $3 Billion to have Laker games on their channel. They arent going to switch.
I really wish it would happen that way though, since I will be among the few LGK'ers at Santa Anita Friday and Saturday.

It is still very possible because from what I read a deal has to be made by Oct 25 and then training camp starts Oct 26..they can come to an agreement by then.I just hope the players are working out on their own and ready
