Anyone know what that card (or whatever) is that Jim showed Bob (4:15-4:22)? Looked like he slipped it out of a notebook and then slipped it back in afterward.

it looked like it might have been a stat card that showed doughtys goals\assists or something.

p.s. god those two work so well with each other. I've never noticed because you never see them calling the game.

Great stuff. It's amazing how professional those two are -- although I did note how Bob was leaning forward the closer we got to scoring. Might have been just to get a better look, but I dunno.

There was a video that they put out maybe a year or two ago, can't remember exactly when, but it was Bob showing the camera crew around the broadcast booth and how they prepare for games.

I remember Bob showing this folder with individual cards for each player in the game. On each card he would have stats and individual trivia that he could use for broadcasts.

Wow!

It would be awesome to hook two screens together to really enjoy this, one with the muted CBC feed and one with Bob and Jim.

Damn you Kings Vision because I'm going to need the book and DVD.

I was impressed on how much Jimmy supports Bob, like with the card thingy. He also signaled "five" when Bob was speaking during the penalty announcement.

What a great team they are and how lucky are we fans to have had them together for so many years.
