    I have no idea what Kings and Angels games will be like without his voice. Honestly, he was a huge part of my experiences at those games knowing I would hear his voice. Gone WAY too soon. RIP in David.

    Very sad news. David was a really nice person and a great announcer. I'm so glad he lived to announce the Stanley Cup winning game.

    That is EXACT first thing I thought of when I heard the news lars. Like I said in the other thread, his voice was like comfort food for my ears. When I'd hear "Ladies and Gentlemen..." I knew I was home and all my cares were outside the building, far away.

    For some reason, I'm taking this harder than I would've thought I would. My stomach is still in knots and Im having a tough time focusing here at work.

    Those of you that attended game 6 of our SCF have been gifted in more ways than one. Cherish it.
