Thanks. She's doing better today. I would have sent her to school but she ended up having the ever-so slightest fever (99.2) yesterday afternoon and I didn't want to chance her getting other kids sick in her class and in-turn, getting her sick again...bunch of booger eating, mucus swapping slobs. I'm not that kind parent. Also, I do believe it is actually against the law here in Virginia to take a child under the age of 12, back to (public) school within 24 hours of running a fever over 99.5. She was technically under that magic number but as I mentioned, I decided not to chance it...Its a Karma thing (pun). If it costs me 8 more hours of time off, so be it. Its nice to be home and spend quality time with my little lamb even though she's ill. Plus, I get to annoy the s*** out of everyone here for a few hours.Quote:
