Default Kings in the World Juniors Championships

Just a couple updates on Kings prospects who are expected to participate in the World Junior Championship (Under-20) team, the Kings have a couple candidates:

    Team Sweden
    - Adrian Kempe has been named to Team Sweden's roster. He participated in an intersquad scrimmage against Team USA during their evaluation camp. He had an assist in Sweden's 4-3 win against Team White of USA.

Hudson Fasching, a strong candidate for Team USA and a former pick of LA, was held off the scoresheet

    Team Finland
    - Alex Lintuniemi has been named to Team Finland's roster. He is currently playing in an intersquad scrimmage against Team USA during their evaluation camp. No score update at the moment.

    Team Canada
    - Roland McKeown has been named to Canada's Summer Evaluation Camp for the World Juniors. It's a 41 man roster which will be narrowed down to 22.

No other teams or training camps have been announced yet, though the only other possible (likely) candidates are Zykov for Russia and Kubalik for Czech Republic.

Sorry nothing terribly exciting, but some Kings news is better than no Kings news!

Fasching is no longer Kings property. Went to Buffalo in the McNabb deal.

It's cool! Sorry if it came across as confusing.

Today, Kempe had a goal and an assist in Sweden's 6-2 win over USA White. Alex Lintuniemi was held scoreless in Finland's 4-3 win over USA Blue

Russia, Czech Republic, and Canada are all participating in a development camp with scrimmages as well, too. Russia beat Czech Republic 5-0. Kings prospect Valentin Zykov had a goal.

Keep in mind this is all exhibition. The actual tournament doesn't start until December.
