Kopitar needs to play down low or near the faceoff circle on the PP, not at the point. That experiment even failed with Petr Kilma in his short stint with the Kings.

There was one power play in the second half of the game where Kopi's line was starting to cycle and move their feet on the PP. They just need to keep going in that direction, and we'll have a nice, average power play. Maybe then they'll learn to play with a little creativity!
Doughty needs to learn what a one-timer is.

Shot the damn puck, Labeachball was giving up juicy rebounds all night, I guess only Carter noticed this.
I was begging for that last year. Kopitar is my favorite King but he is simply awful on the halfwall. He is big and has great hands -- he should be in front of the net -- he is too predictable and slow up high. Having Brown or Stoll screening the goalie is nothing but absurd. They have nothing to lose by trying something different.
Best title ever.
