Rush has 19 dates scheduled (9 in the U.S. and 10 in Europe) between late April and mid-June. From what I've heard, they'll take a few weeks off and then roll through some other U.S. cities (including at least one more SoCal date) over the summer. If you're not already aware of it, rushisaband.com is a really good site for advance news of this sort.

rushisaband.com is a great site, I saw that they are doing the Rock Hall inductions at Nokia but for $300 a ticket? The Rock Hall is terrible anyways and I don't need a bunch of Journalists with their heads up their asses to validate that Rush is one of the Greatest bands of all time, Rush fans have known that for decades. I'm hoping the next time I go and see the Holy Trinity they will play 2112 in full not just the Overture and Temples of Syrinx.

When they went on sale, you could get mezzanine seats for the RRHOF induction for $75. I don't know if any are left now, though. I'd like to see a good chunk of Hemispheres, although I'm not holding my breath.

I thought Luc was great on HIMYM. It is true that the show has been somewhat declining in quality, but this is the last season, so we may finally find out who the "mother" is!

Nope. Next season is (supposed to be) the last.

And, as I suspected, we had already seen the bulk of Geddy and Luc's bits on the extended preview that had aired. I think the show got off track from the "who is the mother" storyline a few seasons ago (the first 4-5 seasons were the best, and the last few haven't been nearly as good), but I kept watching anyway.

The "Mitchell and Lily have a baby" sub-plot was what derailed the show in my opinion. It has a place in the story, but took up too much airtime.

I agree that people who don't watch the show wouldn't find Luc's part funny. His first bit is the funniest, and there's no context for it unless you've seen the episode with the Robin Sparkles Sandcastles In The Sand video. It made me laugh out loud.
